Girls Try Lacrosse — Free Intro Sessions
Box lacrosse is a fast-paced, high-energy sport, and we’re excited to invite female athletes to come try it for free! These introductory sessions are designed for girls of all experience levels who are interested in learning a new sport, building confidence, staying active, and having fun in a supportive environment.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience the excitement of box lacrosse firsthand and learn about future development pathways, including the chance to participate in the Alberta Summer Games.

What to Bring:
Helmet with mask, hockey or lacrosse gloves, and indoor shoes. Sticks and balls will be provided.
No experience is necessary — just bring your energy and enthusiasm! These sessions are for females only.
