Lyle Michaluk


Lyle Michaluk is a highly experienced Head Coach with almost two decades of experience coaching both girls' and boys' box lacrosse and hockey and boys' field lacrosse. Lyle brings a wealth of playing experience to his lacrosse coaching career, having played on Team Canada at the World Championships in Hofstra, NY, and winning four National Field Lacrosse Championships. Lyle has also competed in the President’s Cup and the Founder’s Cup National Championships as a player. Lyle considers himself a lifelong student of the game, constantly engaging in regular, candid conversations with some of the brightest minds in the game to stay up to date on trends, insights, and developments. Throughout his playing and coaching career, Lyle has been a part of numerous league/city, provincial, and national championship-winning teams. Lyle attributes much of this team's success to focusing on preparation, attention to detail, and fundamentals, as well as the teams’ collective “buy-in” to a team-first, play “the right way” approach. With nearly 40 years of combined experience in playing and coaching lacrosse, Lyle is committed to helping players excel on and off the floor while fostering a positive and hard-working team culture.
