Paul Rai


Paul Rai's lacrosse coaching career spans over three decades, solidifying his reputation as a respected figure in Alberta Lacrosse. From his playing days with the Edmonton Outlaws Senior Lacrosse Club in the 1990s, where he secured multiple medals in Presidents Cup National Championships, to his role as Head Coach of various teams, including the Sherwood Park Titans Junior A box lacrosse team and the Edmonton Razorbacks Field Lacrosse Club, Rai has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to cultivate talent and foster success. His coaching journey extends globally, with noteworthy roles such as being the Offensive Coordinator for Team Australia in the World Box Lacrosse Championships in Onondaga Nation, NY, and later serving as the Video Coach for Team Australia in the World Championships in Langley, BC. Rai's impact reverberates through his role as a clinician for the Alberta Lacrosse Association, his involvement in box and field national championships, and his dedication to coaching development through initiatives like NLL coaching clinics. His enduring commitment to the sport is further exemplified by his recent role as the Offensive Coordinator for the Edmonton Outlaws Senior Lacrosse Club since 2021.
